The projected payments table

What it means

The projected payments table shows how your payment may change over the life of the loan. Each column covers a span of years and splits the payment into principal and interest, mortgage insurance and estimated escrow. A new column usually means something changes, such as mortgage insurance ending or an adjustable rate resetting.
