Matching the estimate to the final disclosure
What it means
The Closing Disclosure is the final version of the figures, delivered at least three business days before closing. It uses the same sections as the Loan Estimate, so you can compare line by line. Page three of the Closing Disclosure includes a table comparing the estimate with the final figures.
